morning. And as in previous years, I will lead a "Dancing Spirits Yoga"
session on Saturday afternoon. Joy, peace, power and self acceptance could be called

Treat yourself to a day of rejuvenation in a beautiful outdoor setting. Participate

labyrinth and lunch are included. No experience in yoga or dance needed. Led by

Dancing Yoga and Labyrinth Event for Susan G. Komen
for the Cure, Sunday, July 22, 2007, 12:30-3:30 p.m. Hand-painted
labyrinths open for walking (12:30-1), followed by Nice n' Easy Yoga by Marjorie
to warm up your body (1-1:30). Then move into high energy yoga-dance to great music
and closing relaxation led by G/Joan (1:45-3). Refreshments 3-3:30. Come for part
or all of the event! No experience needed; all movements led.
