Rhythms of Earth and Body - a Women's Equinox Retreat, Saturday, September 20, 2008, 9:00 to 4:30 pm, at Lowry Nature Center, in Carver Park Reserve, Victoria, Minnesota. Treat yourself to a day of rejuvenation in a beautiful outdoor setting. Participate in guided gentle yoga and playful dance and meditation on a labyrinth. Experience the balance in nature through reflective walks on the peaceful grounds of Carver Park Reserve. Express yourself through music and clay art. No experience in yoga or dance needed. Dancing Yoga and Labyrinth Event for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Sunday, July 22, 2007, 12:30-3:30 p.m.  Hand-painted labyrinths open for walking (12:30-1), followed by Nice n' Easy Yoga by Marjorie to warm up your body (1-1:30). Then move into high energy yoga-dance to great music and closing relaxation led by G/Joan (1:45-3). Refreshments 3-3:30. Come for part or all of the event! No experience needed; all movements led.
